Email one-time code
Each contact signs in with a code sent to their work email. No passwords to manage and no shared accounts.
Only your organisation
A contact is tied to exactly one organisation, checked at the network edge and again by the application.
Read-only
Clients explore, filter and drill down. Changes to alerts and exceptions stay with the SOC.

Who gets a dashboard?
Every BaseLine SOC client. We set it up during onboarding and give access to the contacts you name.
Where does the data come from?
Alerts, endpoints, log sources and sign-ins come from the detection and response platform our analysts monitor, and vulnerabilities from continuous scanning. Clients with managed endpoint protection also see those devices and their patch status.
How current is it?
Dashboard charts run against your live data and show when they were last refreshed. Vulnerability figures come from the latest scan.
Can it show charts specific to us?
Yes. The “Your dashboard” section holds components our analysts build for your environment, such as failed logins by account or firewall traffic by country.
